It’s easy to forget how many times the Lord has come through for us.
When I am in the thick of it, wanting answers, needing direction, yearning to know what is around the next bend. When I desire the light that reveals my next step to illuminate the entire staircase.
However, when I recount my life, it is so easy to see the provisions of the Lord. So blatantly obvious that it can’t be ignored; the countless ways that He has provided, the people whom He has placed in my path, and the protection that He has given.
Like an orchestra, all instruments blend in their proper time. Try as I must, I could never alone orchestrate what has come of the symphony of my life.
Yes, man may plan his way but the Lord directs his steps, says Proverbs 16:9. We can look back and see His direction.
I am utterly thankful and humbly grateful that even when I forget God’s faithfulness – He never forgets about me.
