Let Me Be Lost

I once was lost but now I'm found.
As the good song goes.
But I long to be lost and not be found

lost in music
lost in words
lost somewhere in my mind

lost in fantasies
and in the trees
so lost that none can find

lost in books
in silence
meditative bliss

lost in dreams
in memories
in unexpected kiss

Lost in the dance.

lost in laughter
lost in time
and in my children's eyes

lost in the sunset - and its rise.

lost in someone
lost in no one
I am my own best friend

lost in my sleep
and in my prayers
lost in worship; find me there.

lost in hope, how sweet the sound
let me be lost and not be found.
